We all know we feel better and more productive when we are sleeping well. We are able to work safely and effectively. This course will show you the science behind why we need sleep and how to get to more. Understand how and why a lack of quality sleep affects our mood, energy levels and metabolism. Impacting upon all areas of our life. You will then learn what steps you need to take improve your sleep.
This is a four hour course which has been designed to be studied over a two week period to allow you to fully complete all of the exercises and begin to implement your learning.
