about the peachy mind

Looking after the people, who look after the people

“Peaches are often referred to as the fruit of calmness. Said to represent happiness, prosperity, and longevity, they epitomise my approach to mental wellbeing at work.”

Welcome, I’m Rebecca, Founder of The Peachy Mind. I’m an experienced mental wellbeing consultant, supervisor and psychotherapist. Working in businesses, charities, schools and forensic settings I’ve gained 1000’s of hours of clinical experience and have expertise in just what it takes to navigate challenges successfully and what environments support and promote wellbeing.

I’m passionate about helping to create sustainably healthier and happier workplaces. Through equipping individuals and organisations with the support, tools, and knowledge they need to be able to do the right things with clarity and confidence.

Based in Derbyshire, I’m a Mental Wellbeing Governor for a Secondary School, Mental Health First Aider and Mental Health Champion for England Athletics. I’m also a keen (if not very fast) runner, mum of four humans and a very cute Boston Terrier.

A question I often get asked is do I have an off switch when it comes to mental health – and the answer is yes! If you get in touch, I promise I won’t be surreptitiously analysing you or your mental health.
